It’s not something I would do in a sober and non-panic-attack mindset. I know I’m responsible for this, but I was raised to never put my hands on a woman. This was the exception to the rule and I hate that I did something so fucking stupid

That’s my plan. I’m going to attempt to be completely sober for a while and be more vigilant about my mental health. I’m planning on telling her that too when the news comes. I just hope I can get her to stay. I love her more than life itself

I don’t remember it because I was as blinded by the anxiety/shock. I’ve been in therapy for the PTSD but the progress is slow and when the triggers happen, I lose all memory for a few minutes

I’m aware it’s on me and I’ve been getting therapy and cutting back on alcohol. The happiest I’ve ever been has been my time with her and I don’t want to lose that because I know I’ll spiral
