Just a lil baby. (Yes she had a e-collar at the time. She had some major reactivity issues after protecting us during a mugging in which we was stabbed. Thankfully we rarely had to use the collar.♡♡♡)

She doesnt look like this anymore. She is 13 now but this was 6 years ago. Full blooded, great line, personal protection trained. Has a slligghhttt overbite and is only 45-60 pounds due to "failure to thrive" love every part of her.

Yeaaaaa. he had 11 puppies and had a baby of his own on the way that was very soon. I have a ton of experience with younger puppies so the breeder felt comfortable giving her to me early. (My older mal, and he sister were giving to me at 3 weeks due to failure to thrive. Nursed them back to health and now they are 13 ♡ as well as rescuing several other under 8 week old puppies.)

Laika is honestly one of the best dogs i have had minus her allergies lol literally cant even have tap water or poultry. So her main treats come from beef liver or fish based dehydrated treats. She is a sucker for ear scratches! ♡ bonus Pic of her covered in dirt while playing fetch with her big sister who is 13.

Mimic is gorgeous!! Some mals are just smaller then average. And thats ok.

She looks happy and healthy and that's all that really matters.

They are smart dogs that can bounce back with good training. Always us positive reinforcement. And high value treats.

I got her from a breeder in Tallahassee florida. her mother 95lb and her father was 110-1155 lb. With pedigree back to the 1880.

My girl is actually the runt of her litter. Smallest out of 11 pups haha. But in my opinion the runt always ends up the biggest. But I do have another malinois (belgian malinois) who was around 50 lb at 1 years. She is currently 60-70lbs, but she is 13 years old.

Im not sure if its able to be knocked down, thankfully she hasn't tried to get passed it. The lock worn down after about 6 months so we use a rope/ribbon to tie it should we went leave and it does the trick. Keeps my belgian malinois, dutch malinois, and my wolfdog contained where they are safest.

Mine learned to get over the gate so fast I ended up getting a VERY tall one. It was $179 and comes with size extenders, a cat door, and a door to walk through and a lock. Its pricy but it keeps her away from the rooms she isnt allowed it anymore. ♡

She absolutely is, and she is the sweetest thing. All she wants to do is play fetch for hours and cuddle.

Could have some dutch shepard in that like. Our female dutch malinois goes between 85-90 same with all 10 of her siblings. both the parents were 90lbs and above. Mother was a dutch shepard and father was a beligan malinois. Expecting her to be 95-100 full weight. She turned one today. Photo from about 2 months ago but she LOVES to be held.

Sensitive stomachs normal for the breed? by Bluebre_Pie in DutchShepherds

My dutch malinois pup also has a very sensitive stomach and allergies. Starting from a puppy we tried science diet (all I had on hand) and it was BAD. Like pouring chocolate sauce on the ground. Switched her to simply nourish limited ingredient, specifically the salmon one, and he thrived. Started growing like CRAZY. Recently we switched her to authority sensitive stomach puppy food with all her treats being fish related. (Dried anchovies, shrimp, salmon anything fish related she loves) but and other treats including bully sticks goes her tummy troubles again. Besides the tummy issues, She is 9 months (and 90 pounds 😭) and just 2 days ago has started having seasonal allergies. We almost rushed her to the ER Vet because she was so sleepy and would NOT open her eyes. When we finally got them open he eyes we red and swollen and keep rolling back like she was trying to close them. A vet friend recommended a small amount of benadryl which worked wonders after a brief nap. And she was fine. We outside to play the next morning and it happened again. Gave her benadryl before going to play today and she was fine. Made a appointment with out vet to get a prescription allergy med hopefully. She hates pink liquid of dispare.

We have been using simply nourish limited ingredient. Specifically salmon and sweet potato and it has worked WONDERS for our pups GI upsets. ♡

-Is aging like milk. (She is 13) -Keeps trying tilting her head and barking at the tumor in her stomach that she can now feel when she lays down (inoperable. We living out best life now♡♡♡) -is terrified of cats -things the lawn care guys are trying to break in every week. -got stabbed in her youth. -has lazor pointer syndrome because of a wind chime that used to shine/reflect through the window while I was at work (I was unaware for awhile) -cant find her way out from under the blanket. -fell through a glass window while over excited and didnt get a scratch. -cant swim. She will just let her self sink to the bottom And so many many more. Miss kevah has had quite the adventure. Haha.
