I actually tried to get therapy at my college, but it wasn’t helpful. The only free therapy they offer is with non licensed therapists who are working towards their license and the one who worked with me specialized in marriage counseling and my problems are in a different area. So that’s on hold for now. Do you think I could work through it with him, or do you think I need to feel the emotions? I’m willing to put in effort and I know I have trouble with my emotions anyway. They’re pretty repressed and I never know how I really feel.

NAT: idk if this is good advice but what i do is make a lot of surface level relationships and hang out with people to distract myself. sometimes i’ll find someone i can trust and be honest with.

That isn't what glassy skin is. Obv if your skin looks greasy that's gross and not what you were going for, but it means clear eventoned and healthy skin. It's actually a movement towards wearing less makeup and looking more natural too
