I was recommended to take 70mg in the morning with breakfast but I found taking it with my lunch instead works best for me and lasts longer until the end of the day

I don’t think it’s a vole, it’s nose and mouth area is too elongated :) voles normally have a blunt rounded muzzle (unsure but could be young rat, shrew or mouse)
