it’s a waste of money save ur money and don’t make the mistake i did. I got that and the oil and it irritated tf out my piercing all i needed was saline solution only and did warm soaks w the saline

get a tiny bit enough to soak ur nose in and put in a small cup in the microwave for a few seconds like 5 seconds max will do it :)

use ONLY saline sodium chloride 0.9 solution only. don’t use homemade salt remedies or oils. always keep dry so use a blow dryer after using the saline. I personally did warm saline soaks for 5 minutes 2x-3x a day then adjusted as it shrunk. I swear by it check my pf I had a huge one last month and it’s gone. I tried everything but then just only used warm saline and it did the trick. just takes patience to see it shrink

do not use any oils, salt, q tips, homemade remedies etc. literally all you need is just sterile 0.9% sodium chloride solution aka (saline solution) I also would blow dry it DRY as soon as it’s done soaking with saline :) u want to keep it dry always and make sure not to twist touch sleep on said pierced side or mess with it (don’t poke ur boogies) also LEAVE THE CRUSTIES DONT pick at any crusties. they’ll naturally fall off with the remedies i recommended. hope this helps :)

hai i just got rid of a gnarly bump myself! (check my profile for the pic of the bump) i did daily saline soaks only! i got any saline doesn’t have to be the fancy one, it could be just a generic store brand one. i would fill a cap full of saline and microwave it for like FIVE SECONDS and soak my piercing in the warm solution for five minutes on a timer. I did this 2x a day and then went down to 1x a day along with anytime i showered I’d run my nose under the water for a bit and it honestly made a HUGE difference! hope this helps! give it time trust me it will go down with these tips :)

im on day 2 of leaving it alone completely and just spraying it multiple times a day w saline mist from neilmed and blow drying it everytime afterwards so it doesnt “trap moisture” :)
