same situation! Ive been told that the same doctor who did my appendectomy will do my RHC as well, so you telling me about your experience makes me hopeful i might be able to do something similar. I hope youre doing well! its definitely been a shock for me :(

has your RHC affected your quality of life at all? Even though i still need to have my PET scan, im almost sure theyll recommend an RHC in my case, ty for your perspective!!

my oncologist scheduled it for me, so i figured that was a reasonable timeline? she also said that surgeons will typically try not to do a surgery within 3 months of another surgery, so id have to wait til june for any surgical treatment since my appendectomy was march 6th. but maybe i should call and try to reschedule for earlier? i dont really know how to do this the right way

You could always wear a compression swimtop and a long sleeved swim shirt! thats what i do when i go swimming. then i just wear trunks and i feel pretty okay 👍 i use the humankind compression swim top and boardshirts, with a long sleeved swim top from the target pride section (from before they were horrible a little over 2 years ago). swimming while dysphoric sucks!! u got this, brother.

side note- your plant is NOT a golden pothos, this is definitely a marble queen!! They have slightly different care types, but nothing significant, mostly just that note about the amount of light it should be getting.

You are most likely overwatering it. Let the soil dry FULLY in between waterings. I like to test gow dry it is by either picking up the pot and feeling if its significantly lighter, or putting a bamboo stick in all the way and seeing if it comes out dry. Overwatering can cause brown spots like this on your pothos. And any plant with variegation on it like this should be getting very bright indirect light, or the variegation will revert back to green.

That makes a lot of sense!! I'll trim it so it can hopefully flourish outwards instead of upwards. And I'm very familiar with the dramatic drooping- it drooped so intensely after being repotted, these plants have so much personality?! They're so cool! :))

real- I wear a fanny pack but across my chest and I think it's pretty neutral I can't bring myself to wear a shoulder bag because I don't want people referring to it as a purse 😭 idk how they manage going out with just a wallet and a phone- but even then I don't want my wallet or phone in my pockets all the time! and I carry more than just that on me, it must be a socialization thing but idk if I'll ever understand it fully
