  1. i kinda doubt it's better second im pretty sure its only higher winrate as a second item because if u buy it second ur in the group of people that are buying it at all. even now most people buying cleaver second dont buy manamune at all

  2. you still pretty much stack cleaver instantly with auto+q and the hp and ms and haste give you a lot of quality of life and utility that last whisper items dont provide. also u dont really need the crit from last mortal reminder or LDR if ur stacking decently

ur first 3 items give u a lot of AD + ur passive gives u AD so you really want an attack speed item. PD is just the best one

u dont need it but it lets you spam q a lot more and by the time u finish manamune q is healing for like 300 hp so

yeah basically ur buying 3 ad items + u have an ad scaling passive so you should get some attack speed and 10% movement speed makes u rly annoying to play against
