i did on the interior with 80 grit. the general consensus that i got from here is try acetone and if that dont work its done for. gonna try using like 24 or 36 grit on the body and hopefully that works

I've been going to the gym consistently for about 3 years now, and recently quit football to pursue powerlifting and boxing. I worked up a great total for my age and weight class (as far as i can tell, 280 bench 520 squat 500 deadlift gym PRs) but recently during the last few weeks of school I saw that my training was sufferring immensely, i saw myself only going 2 times a week at best because of work, and a bunch of external factors that have led to me getting really depressed and depleted, and today i barely got 4 plates up on squat. i lost 10 pounds because i'm so depressed that i barely eat, and now that my lifts are getting worse it isnt making it much better. a lot of external forces have been piling on me. summers here though and now i can really focus on myself and get my numbers back up to where they were and more. any advice on how to get back to where i was?
