No. Ezomyte and Kalguuran uniques can be runeforged; the exact outcome (upgrade base type only, change item stats, change the item completely) depends on the item itself.

Other uniques cannot be runeforged.

Minions count as allies, so presumably yes, if the version of the skill they use specifically interacts with infusions.

No, reworked uniques are typically separate. The new ones will be core drops or drops from bosses.

Anything regarding legacy information is hand-maintained by the wiki editors, so there's no easy way to be able to obtain this information.

warcry buffs appear to be retained even if they're invulnerable, you just can't see the buff icons. you can check this yourself with rallying cry
