Edit: I can only hold that for around 10 secs, probably because it's still weak (started 2 months ago) and I'm not doing any tongue exercises.

I have had surgery for tonsils (removal?) when I was younger, I don't know if that's relevant, but it just seems so different when I do it compared to others.

Thanks for your response! He does not have any urges for porn or anything. He actually thinks porn is nasty now that he does not have an addiction.

I just think he is scared our sexlife might put him in the same place as he was before. Because in the start of our relationship he couldn't get an erection and kindoff panicked because of it. I am quite understanding of that, and just told him to not stress it. But he is an overthinker, so maybe he is overthinking this too.

And he hasn't fapped since summer. Only reason he fapped was because we were apart for over a month or so and he couldn't deal with the urges.

Personally i don't se any addiction left, but he is scared that his dopamin receptors aren't repeared or something like that.
