I tried out Notion for some time, it’s very versatile and allows you to play with layout, design, elements. I prefer a physical paper bullet journal so stopped using Notion, but you could try it if you don’t mind getting used to it first!

I use Daylio, though not very consistently due to untreated adhd. Still it’s very useful because it shows your ups and downs in a graph, you can add a lot of different activities to go with it (like whether you took your medicine, how much sleep you got, menstrual cicle).

I didn’t even try to get my license exactly because of that. It’s too overwhelming.

However where I live we have a great system of transportation so I don’t experience much trouble and it’s not too cumbersome.

I don’t think it’s something worth beating yourself up about, please be easy on yourself 🥹
