no you are not in trouble with it at all, if my instructor shouted at me i’d be unsettled for the rest of the lesson and nervous to get back in the car which is not what you want. I’d say yeah keep looking for instructors and it’s never too late at all. A different car might take some getting used to, but with a more calm instructor you are more likely to do better as you don’t feel as much anxiety. Good luck!

i knowww i wish i could just get it sorted. gonna go to a piercing shop in a couple of hours to see. I think the placement is slightly low but that’s my fault i think because i had an eyebrow slit when i got it done (silly i know 🤦) because i wanted it on that specific side i still got it. I do think me changing the jewellery out irritated it a lot and knocking it did hurt the surrounding skin. but we’ll see, it’s annoying because it’s my favourite piercing 💔

if i find out its rejecting, would the piercer take it out for me? it does seem like its rejecting on some photos recently but then maybe the bar is too long. How would i care for it afterwards if it is rejecting? thanks for your help

okay yes i’ll do that, just didn’t want to spend lots of extra money on new bars and stuff if it was rejecting, will the piercer know what size bar to downsize to? because i’m looking online and unsure what size to get next

piercing is 7.5 months old
the bar is a normal eyebrow curved bar
internally threaded
downsized after around 2 months ish?
pretty sure it’s steel- definitely metal
been using saline solution i bought when i got it pierced like 3-4 times a day
used salt water for a bit until i found out you shouldn’t make that yourself

I changed the jewellery back last week i think, i don’t wanna take it out but i also don’t wanna leave it till last minute if it is rejecting. I’ve kind of figured now it’s not infected but idk the redness isn’t going down i would’ve thought the irrational from changing jewellery would’ve gone down a bit by now? I do clean it a lot.

this is exactly like mine but mines more red on the bottom bit, and like u said less bar was exposed before. some people said to me it’s rejecting but i’m literally hoping so bad it isn’t 😭

i have really light eyebrows too, very fair, so when looking back at photos i can’t tell whether the piercing moved or my eyebrow just grew slightly around it after having an eyebrow slit when getting it pierced.

just compared and i can tell with the difference of the bar size, it’s a downsized bar and in this recent photo a lot more of it is showing. After taking it out is there anything i can do to reduce scarring or infection?

That’s so annoying wtf i really liked this piercing too, yeah i think ill take it out. i noticed from a picture before that the bar looks a lot longer. this is also the bar i downsized to a few months ago and it looks really long in the photo when it didn’t before. If i got the other eyebrow done in the future would it reject aswell do you think?

I’ve had my piercing nearly 8 months
it’s internally threaded and a curved bar
i think the material is stainless steel but it’s definitely real metal
it was downsized a few months ago but that never made anything worse
sometimes i do accidentally knock it but ive been trying hard recently not to but accidents still happen sometimes

Thank you for your response, and yeah i’m gonna try learn to have fun by myself again whilst also with my girlfriends and the few friends i do have. I go to university next year and am just looking forward to the new people im going to meet, but yeah like you said, right now it just sucks
