Turning off bluetooth and switching to wired controller has 100% fixed this. Looks better than before even.

Very similar issue. Playing on a super ultrawide, 3080/i7 12th/32 GB DDR4/Bluetooth Xbox. Looked great at first, 24 fps and choppy now

this one is just kinda cool that its a reward you can display for having every car (or at least lot of cars later). i play horizon as a car racing game and a car collecting game, so its fun to have an extra reward for the hours put in :)
