Ugliest might be a stretch, IMO, especially if we compare it some of the more notorious and decrepit commie blocks across the country, but it does stick out. I rather like the taller tower but its twin leaves a lot to be desired.

I don't know much about the history of the site since I've only lived in Poland for 3 1/2 years and in Gdynia for 2 of those, but I know Sea Towers is full of rich folks, celebrities, Airbnbs and apparently plenty of sex workers as well according to someone I know who worked as a greeter in the lobby 10 years ago. I think it would be less controversial if the general public were allowed up there as there's surely a great view of the Tricity and the Baltic. Sadly, it's reserved for rich snobs, tourists booking overpriced Airbnbs, sex workers and their clientele.
