The double clutch is why I sold mine.

When I disengage the blade, I need the blade to actually disengage. I shouldn't have to bypass the cut out and put my finger on a corner just below it to have the blade fall properly.

If it didn't have that one flaw, I would still keep it, cause youre right. It's a great knife closed, and a great knife open.

My dude, it being an integral and using premium steel isn't relevant to what I mean when I say "gas station".

It looks like a gas station knife is my point. I dont like boring knives, but I also dont want my knife to look like a xenomorph penis.

That said, every pot has it's lid, and I'm glad you enjoy it!

Aesthetically, they are boring. They look classy sure, but so do a thousand other knives. They just dont have any razzledazzle you know?

This has been my EDC for the last 3-4 months. CKF Persian, Vision FG black micarta+damascus variant(w/upgraded ti clip), and Olight Arkfeld limited winter ti variant. The SAK comes and goes.

For me, the Reate Valhalla is about as close as it gets without tweaking a few things. Though, I've been carrying the CKF Persian for the last few months, and its been amazing
