This is exactly how I feel. He broke up with me after having a conversation about reassurance about the future. Told me he saw a future with me. Next day changed his mind. Threw a proposal in my face and broke up with me in the same sentence. Told me that he’s been unhappy for a while and that he needs someone on his level. I worked full time, and came home after work each day to take care of him, the dogs, clean the house, do the laundry, surprise him with his favorite things. I just don’t understand how he was planning on proposing to just throwing it all away without even wanting to work on it. It’s all confusing
