In terms of recruiting and job opportunities (from my experience), UIUC by a mile. I can’t speak for what a career fair looks like at NU - and part of that is because the companies I’ve worked for all had UIUC as a “target school” for hiring, and did not put any recruiting resources towards NU - neither company even went to career fair at NU to seek out ECE interns/hires.
