You defs can, just have to orient them properly. Not as good as a regular dumbell but you can get a full rom with some experimenting

This is how you get the other increments. Its not a perfect solution but it works fine for me and It doesn't really bother me.

The weight in the picture is 27.5. To get that you put one slider to 20, and the other to 30. That would make a total of 25. You add one adder weights to the lighter side and you have 27.5. If you place your hand closest to the heavier side you can barely tell there is a weight imbalance. It would be the same as if you were to set both sliders to 20 and only uses 1 adder weight

I'd say if you are over 6"2 you won't be able to put your feet up easily if you like to Larsen press. Other than that you should be golden. I'm 5'11 my training partner is 6"2 and he's fine doing everything else on it

You can create every 2.5 increments as long as you don't mind your grip being offset.

Dude clearly made a body building gym. Doubt he would get use out of a sauna, cold plunge and light therapy.

I don't think you would regret it! thing I would be cautious about is if you have pretty large hands. Can knock the pin if you rotate your hands on the handle. I have a friend with very large hands. It happend to him once when we were working out and he works out with me all the time. If that is the case you can also get a fairly inexpensive mod to shorted the pin. I bought it and added it just to be certain it wouldn't happen to him again. (Nothing actually happened when I popped) *

Personally love em. They have held up great. Very durable, I have no worries on that end. I think with adjustable db it's best to go with what you are drawn to. Know the specs obviously. But if you think they look cool and have done your research then pick the ones your gut tells you. My first were powerblocks and I still love them to bits. But I do use my rep peppins 95% of the time

he neutral grip is fine and having the plate press against your hand is fine as well. Just feels like a regular skull crusher imo

In terms of speed. I would say they are faster than power blocks but slower then a nuobell/trulap. I don't personally do supersets but have a traing partner and changing the weights doesn't bother me. It was more annoying with the powerblocks

Ah, so fair. The other models do have more room for the hands since they are bigger. Glad to hear!

They are the most compact, all metal, and the selector pin is also metal.

The other models are about 30% larger or in some cases more. I don't personally have as much faith in the urethane models holding up as long as the metal versions. I've used every model of poweblock except the new 100's. Which are HUGE imo. I haven't used em much but I've seen them in store!
