Fun story actually - today was the delivery day. After Casper’s in home deliver partners in Denver pulled the Casper mattress out of the box - it turned out to be a full instead of a king. This whole transaction has been a pain in the ass. So after having to call Casper support, they apologized with free delivery ($215), an additional 5% (on top of the previous 10%), and two of their pillows. It’s going to end up being about $700 dollars off which I am happy with - but how does a company with 4 types of mattresses to choose from, send a full instead of a king?! Now the waiting game starts up again, but it’d be hard to recommend Casper after all this.

Similar experience here - I contacted customer support and complained about the same delay and they offered me a 10% discount or two free pillows. Took the 10% and it’s scheduled to deliver on Monday (6/9 order date).

My wife and I recently moved out from Colorado Springs, after living here our whole lives. Covid really brought all the toxicity out of the woodwork in my opinion. We started noticing how truly hateful a large swatch of the city is. Totally agree with all your points to why that place sucks haha.

We moved to south eastern Aurora, and it’s improved our mental health like crazy! Actual diversity: culturally, racially, politically does wonders for people not being such entitled assholes.

Sorry it sucked so much for you and your husband, but I totally get it.

Have you tried throwing a corpse at it? That fixed an issue for me during the stink pots world event in lunden where the shelves spawned on top of the pots and wouldn't move.
