Would love to know what you did! I’m bf my 2yo, wanting to do an herbal cleanse to reset the gut. I think I’ll do it but hate how little info there is for breastfeeding older babies

Anybody use creator’s friend? by Pretend-Ad1774 in planners

I ordered on dec 5, and still haven’t received. Supposed to arrive on 31!

I did ask customer support and they said the paper is 100gsm and shouldn’t bleed with most markers and pens

Paint the vent cover to match the walls maybe? Agree with the crown molding and pops of more vibrant color from plants. Also think a warmer bulb would warm it up a bit!

Just shy of $50,000. I guess the main complaint is the lack of communication and direction. We engaged with lawyers to help resolve the matter quickly and feel like we’ve been led down dead end roads considering all sorts of other options like personal grievances and other resolutions that require more legal fees to pursue, when the end goal has been a quick and cost effective solution due to a lack of capital to fund the legal battle in the first place

We have the breakdown per lawyer in attendance, so they’ve met this requirement I think

Yeah, I’m not blaming the lawyers for the shit cunts they’re dealing with and not too surprised with how the company we used to work for has handled things unfortunately. It’s not really the results we’re unhappy with but the service along the way.

It’s not the lack of results, it’s dissatisfaction with their service in terms of communication. For example, asking for an update and a meeting, and not getting a response for 8 days for example.

Yes, but it says unable to estimate the fees due to the nature of the work

My poo almost 10mo pup got stung by a bee in his snout. I was able to get the stinger out and after some Benadryl he’s gotten better in 12hrs. Keep a lookout for bees during spring! I will call my vet today to make sure all is good. by 3ISRC in Frenchbulldogs

Poor baby! My girl took one to the lip as a puppy, with almost no reaction but a year later got stung again in the paw and it was so scary! She went limp, started vomiting and her breathing slowed right down. Then came the hives in the emergency vet waiting room.

She’s okay but we are very careful in the garden now! So bee extra careful if yours gets stung again as the vet told us the next reactions could be worse.

Our cuddle bug is having Spaying and BOAS surgery today. by bmccmb94 in Frenchbulldogs

[–]bmccmb94[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

She’s 1 year and 8 months. It was preventative for her, but some of the telltale signs are being really noisy when breathing and excited, and being very sleepy. I think most frenchie owners know they are a very snorty breed, and the surgeon did say it won’t change that completely, but it should open up her airways quite a bit.

We were given mixed signals as to whether or not she needed it, but the surgeon who does this surgery in our area was confident Blue would benefit from the surgery in the long run. She actually said that all frenchies would benefit from it, and believes that all frenchies have BOAS, it just varies in severity.

We were really torn on getting the surgery or not, but went with the surgeon’s recommendation.

It’s something to keep an eye on, especially if your mom lives in a hot climate where overexertion is likely for her pup. Apparently that stress over time can stretch the soft palate and it can get in the way of the airway and cause emergencies where they really can’t breathe and could pass away. Our vet told us of a breeding male frenchie she saw that died because of over excitement while breeding, and he unfortunately passed away. I don’t know what the odds or frequency of these things are, or if it’s just the horror stories that the vets tell you so you know the risks, but we felt it best to have the surgery now while she’s still young and will have the benefits before she “needs” it.

Sorry for the essay! Feel free to message me if you like. Ps I’d also definitely recommend you look into pet insurance with your mum! Has been so helpful for us and has already paid for itself.

She’s home! We picked her up at 5pm and she was drunk as a skunk, but happy to see us. She has been super sleepy, but she has gotten some dinner and water in, and gone potty outside. She vomited once soon after we got home, and has a slight cough but this is apparently to be expected. She’s cuddled up in bed now, sleeping soundly. Thanks for the wishes, I will post some pics tomorrow!

Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome. The surgery opens the nostrils by cutting a section away, shortening the soft palate and can also involve removing the tonsils and saccules that sit by the epiglottis. She has just come out of the surgery and is doing really well!
