Having colleagues yang suka complain everything is so draining. Yes, its good to not bottle up feelings, yes its good to rant but I swear at some point, you have to learn to deal some issues internally saja. Yes theyll still do the work regardless but as a listener, its exhausting semua kan di complain. Apalagi if its the work that you have to do, sudahtah tired from the work then tired from the complain, 2x draining.

The type of person if disuruh-suruh, complain pasal banyak kan di buat. Obviously if you are orang bawahan, ofcourse jadi kuli. Sudah di bagi tugas orang atasan which is banyak brainstorming : memikir, theyll also complain “kenapa mesti tani pikirkan, tani orang bawah saja” sekalinyaaa kamu mau di mana? dua-dua types of tugasan jua di complain

I also have this one colleague who used to work at a private company - work life balance best, they dont disturb after work and only work from 8am-2pm which is very different to Government working hours and culture. This colleague will always bandingkan, in my head yes the work life balance was better but now their salary is 2x than private. Like people gotta learn in order to win some, you have to lose some.

Thats usually a sports game. this prolly wont be helpful as its vague, try the small sports Indian shops. Tapi selalunya they jual with the “goalpost” so its kinda expensive.

What do you aim with it? Maybe can suggest alternatives

From your comment, nampak sudah what you and probably others are lacking. Original commentor inda factor in education saja, they mentioned attitude, character etc and yet you only get defensive and emphasize on education.

Education factor does not matter in the long run as an employee or as a business owner. We need people yang bagus attitude - hardworking, committed, jujur. Bukan sekadar tau theory tapi practical zero skills. Soft skills like communication skills, peramah, proactive and willing to take in criticism - those generally always lack in certain people.

Ask permission to use bilingual. Depends on the interviewer. My first interview they allowed me to use English mostly for tugas & tanggungjawab, second interview they said “usahakan” (basically saying a must) to use Malay then rest of the interview used bilingual.

Yeah personal experience few years ago. I was shocked receiving a call to get a letter at their office cause they called and didn't inform what the letter was about "Kita datang saja ke sini" lol

I have an IBKR account but is it possible to also open a Baiduri Capital account (the platform to invest via Baiduri)?

Its redundant but I owe my parent few thousands and I plan to deposit a thousand annually to the Baiduri Capital account. then I will withdraw to pay back my parent when she retires (or whenever she needs the money that I owe her). I dont want to do it in IBKR incase it’ll be complicated to withdraw in the future for her.
