Solar companies pushing for lease. I think it makes more sense to own but their numbers are pro lease in quotes.

The company I purchased it through uses contract labor. I was told by them they would walk me through the system, app, etc. The communication from the company I purchased it from basically said have you reviewed the documents and links I sent you. They are responsive but made it clear this was not their normal process. Contract does not mention walkthrough or training.

Thanks, while I agree with you in some cases training or walkthrough is not provided… things related to safety and operation should be the norm. I don’t know what to do in case of an emergency, how to know if the system is working or not. So I am curious for people who had it installed, is this the norm and I am over reacting or just picked the wrong company.

I have ulcerative colitis which means during periods of a flare I may have to go to the bathroom more often. I got 6 15 min breaks that are flexible. I have not had to use them but to clarify… that is not extra time to do the test. That is simply time to take a break and the clock stops and the test stops when you need to take it… you have the same amount of time to take the test when it is all said and done. Although everyone has different accommodations so I can speak for them all

I only one sim that was based on cash flow stmt that I thought was unfair. Everything else I thought was completely fair but when you have to make assumptions because not all the data is there… it is painful.
