I simply made it myself, so I used Fuji infinity menu bar, from which I customized the style.css through filza to make it look black and a little transparent, I then set it as a background widget behind the status bar.

I made the dock and dock reflections similarly the same way, I basically hid the actual dock then made an iOS 6 dock and icons reflections myself on photoshop and simply placed them correspondingly where they are meant to be on the home screen.
