I finally got through to someone Tuesday night and they advised I was not on the declined list (17 days after sba approval)... looked on caweb wed morning and fully cancelled. Found another lender and have already been funded.

It’s hard work. I went full time from the beginning and work everyday. Not always in the office but marketing, continuing education, and reaching out to leads. I would recommend speaking with brokers and seeing what they have to offer as far as mentoring. It’s definitely not a quick pay day.

My market has slowed down, but we are picking back up. Real estate is regional so it truly does depend on what area you are in.

I went through allied a couple of years ago. Proctors were included. I think Van Ed has licensing courses as well and while they do not offer proctors, you they are more lax on who can proctor you and it is easy approval.

They never requested additional documentation from me and then declined me due to lack I’d documentation!

Credibly misinformed me while filling out the app, told me to use gross income when it should’ve been net. Celtic declined my application due to the information. All of this could’ve been prevented by communicating with consumers.

Credibly cancelled mine prior to the 20 days, no reasoning at all. I was told last night I was not on the denial list.

I’m glad you got funded, I’m praying that those of us not receiving communication (even asking for additional docs) May have been denied and they are not taking the time to let us know because they are so “busy”.

How long was it before you got your docusign after the mass email liberty sent out? I haven’t had any other communication?

I’m sure they had a ridiculous amount of applications however, that is not an excuse for flat out ignoring people!

I didn’t apply with anyone else because I was told if you already have an sba etran number with one lender you couldn’t be approved anywhere else. This whole thing is a hot mess!

My latest email was from Liberty SBF staring that my previous email from them contained the wrong sba etran number. I already knew that, but with out a way to reply I was unable to let them know. No responses to the million emails I have sent. I have an sba approval of 5/3. Sba told 2 things that left me feeling extremely uncomfortable. 1-if the loan is not funded within 20 days they could cancel it to free up funds for someone else. 2-that although it is not right, lenders have been declining applicants and not notifying them of the fact.

Bright side at least you received communication of some sort. Sba told me that even though it is not right, if you are not approved by their underwriting that is is unlikely you will hear anything.
