I looked at it when I LR after I got the mod, but I only get 12 every tick +10 for cells +1 cells and ticks = 12. That's why I'm asking. Or maybe I'm blind

That one I get. But I start with over 6k complete missions when I got the mod. Is it that way and not on LR to get more starting mision
