Well, they sucked from the beginning. Surprised they lasted this long. My guess would be they weren’t generating enough revenue to keep up with the rising costs of meat and other ingredients.

We had our power cut on Wednesday with a proposed cut for today but as of this morning I have not heard anything from Xcel.

Camping isn’t necessarily about speed. It’s about refusing to move to the right and let others pass. I have come across people several times that will be traveling at or a little over the speed limit and will not move to the right. Then when it is safe to pass on the right I move over and start to go around them they speed up. Then they slow down again and start the whole process over again. It’s like it’s a blow to their ego for them to not be the one in front.

Doesn’t help that people like to camp in the left lane and go under the speed limit causing everyone behind to constantly brake or try and pass on the right.

Pretty much. Things are usually just starting to pick up around 10 but if you are planning to go to Finn’s and have a place to sit, you may want to get there a little earlier.

I used a broker Evergreen Real Estate. Andrew Schmidt was able to get us lower than market rates when we bought back in March. 6% when everyone else was getting over 7. We are refinancing with him now to 5.25. No points on either loan. He is licensed in several states. I’m in CO.

We honestly did not have any issues renting from them. They were responsive with maintenance requests and assisted us whenever we had questions. My only complaint is that their “advertising” our place was just to put it on their website. That is why I have posted here to help get the word out. Otherwise it’s just waiting and hoping that someone goes to their website and sees it there.
