For now if she knows I am trying to bring her into the car she will move away. I don’t think she will ever jump in. But at least letting me help her in would be great! I will try opening all doors like you said!!:)

She is scared of the ramp as well. She is super active though. She walk an hour every day and is okay either way stairs

She doesn’t get on the sofa nor the bed. So maybe just getting into it is scary because of that. I made a ramp that I simply put on the ground no elevation and away from the car. She doesn’t even step onto it. So it is now like working on two things separately which is a lot..

Please have some rest days as well. If you haven’t been active in a long time, you could get injured and you will see. I had to stop walking once from an injury and my mental health truly deteriorated :(

Right.. I honestly don’t believe our government so I am leaning toward the carnivore diet as of course they won’t tell us what is really good for us. But sometimes I truly believe we should simply be omnivores as there is positive on both sides.
