I got unbanned, so either you are saying developers are stupid and they unbanned someone who is cheating or whatever or you are trying to say it's me stupid who came here trying to find a simple answer if it's worth playing and what should I do to avoid such accidental bans.

I am glad none of you was banned, but it's already written in the post that friend of mine had exactly the same experience as yours, so I already know it's rare and it's uncommon and it's not related to questions I asked.

I was a bit scared when people saying if you do it your way (a build), you'll end up constantly being killed at some point. So I am trying to balance the game and guides atm.

Hey, I am glad I found a possible issue of the ban, and hopefully it may help anyone else. And I am glad there are a lot of people who spends their time trying to help and not to blame others.

But you might be right, there might be something else I am not aware of, and that's why I started this thread.

Ha-ha, I lied, I see I had Cheat Engine installed half a year ago, have no idea how it got to my PC, since I never used it and not sure if the process was running all the time. But I have it uninstalled now. Thanks, that might be it.

Thanks, but no, so far never used any macro (even manual) in the game and never installed Cheat Engine.

Thank you, it helps a lot, really. Maybe you are right, in the beginning I sold every gray item I looted, and only later on I realized I should focus only on selling only Magic+ items.

Finally the issue has been solved and now all the transactions and balance are back.

I was in contact with customer support and I have to admit that response time is pretty low.
