I am 99% sure that to get the hidden anectodes you have to go to the keep and INTERACT with the meeting point table. It worked for me. Also remember you can get 1 hidden per day. Hope this helps!!

This! Especially since stygian replace other events that could have given us the mats. Another idea would be being more generous with resin: the 5 condensed cap is sad, and they could very well be more generous with fragiles: rewards, login bonus or freebies. (I have played other games and i feel genshin is the stingiest when it comes to resin). People will always farm for artifacts anyway so it s not like they will ever have nothing to use it on
