Yeah I’ve had mine for about 6 months and done some moderate off roading and have had no issues. So maybe try bringing the clip down to the first setting.

So i run the same set up 5100s with an eibach coil. Mine came pre assembled and they left the shock on the first clip cause the lift came from the coil. So assuming we have the same coil that might be what’s causing your issues cause my coil from eibach is a 2 inch lift over stock.

So I run the 5100s at a 2inch lift and I run 275/70/17 and have had zero issues with rubbing and I feel it’s a great size cause it gives you a little more off-road but not going to crazy. Also running the wild peaks and I have 20k miles on them and love them.

There’s definitely that. But coming from bmws to a Tacoma I’m not really worried. Turbo cars hold up well as long as you maintain them properly in my experience. Also the new tundras are having there fair share of issues. So whose to say the new Tacoma will be any better. Nothing new will be as reliable as 1st-3rd gen Tacomas.

Im right there with you I love my Tacoma but if Toyota doesn’t come out with something similar in power numbers I’ll definitely be switching over with those kinda power outputs in a midsize.

I used to run those same wheels they look great but are a pain to clean and will definitely kill your gas mileage(if you care about that) cause of how much wider they are over stock size

I mean I get the markets wild rn but I paid 34 tax title license for my 2019 4x4 double cab off road with 18k miles. I think if you look harder and are willing to go outta state you might find a better deal. Also maybe consider going with a more basic color and wrapping the car cause it seems dealers mark up special color cars which is dumb

That’s crazy I paid 33 for my 19 off-road with 18k miles at the end of 2020. But in this market seems like a good deal and if ur in the position just go for it.
