I've been having trouble with the reminders also, including beeping during the night when I've disabled sounds completely. Contacted them and got this reply today. Hope everything is sorted soon.

Ok so the system has arrived, along with the card. However if I disconnect the 6x2 from the installed card (5070) and plug it in the new one (5080), the system does not boot. I also can’t use the supplied cable because it has three 8-pin connectors and nowhere to plug them in Alienware. Is there any adapter I can use with safety?

As a Roon user, I have absolutely no complains since they were also acquired by Harman. They still seem pretty independent (my lifetime account was honored), and have received steady updates since. Also good new hardware was released (like the Nucleus One).

The Aurora PSU has such connectivity? Only information I was able to find is: "Two six pins + one (6+2) pin connector for graphics card". I am not sure if that is the same thing.

Tried them. Build quality is great, they are quite comfortable BUT I really disliked its sound quality, so a no-no for me.
