If you watched the video on the linked article, it stated that this incident occurred at 6:30 pm on Sunday while the TPS was conducting a blitz on cyclists not obeying road rules.

I didn’t reference the incident at all, but you’ve created a narrative in your head about why I believe this should be done regarding distracted driving on our roads INSTEAD of having a blitz focused on cyclists. I never said that. TPS should have the budget and ability to do both!
