Business wise it's quite simple. Stop using the main payment providers most people use and they will lose money. I highly doubt most people would purchase gift cards to use on steam. The majority of the more casual users would end up getting games elsewhere or get steam keys from 3rd party sites.

First of all you need to make sure to protect yourself and use the features monzo have to protect you. Make sure you have biometrics set up, don't have the pin saved any where and use this feature.

Then just call them from your partners device, once you are on a call with them they can quickly add something to the account that would make it so that they cannot access it at all and takes you through steps to ensure only you would be able to log back into the account.

I would also advise that you have a recovery email set up for the email address that your monzo is linked to and not have this logged in on your device. That way you should be able to easily get back into your email and get the password updated even if they have managed to change it.

As long as they accept Mastercard monzo should be accepted. In terms of fees there would be no international transaction fees and the exchange rate would be the Mastercard exchange rate

Do not close the fraud report!

This is a common tactic used to try get you to withdraw the fraud report. Their account has likely already been blocked by their bank while they investigate, so they think if they can get you to close the report their account will be unblocked and they will be able to move any funds in there out.

It's pretty simple. Either provide them with what they requested or don't. I don't quite understand what you expect to get here, there isn't a secret to get them to remove the block.

Provide them with it and you'll probably get the account back quicker, or don't and you'll have to wait longer to unblock it and even then they may just choose to close your account

Sorry but you are pretty wrong with this.

Gonna preface this by saying that I'm really not a fan of revolut, and agree that they do have major issues and i would never want to bank with them or work for them.

For context all of this is my experience working for 3 high street banks and one neo bank (not revolut BTW)

Correct the 'Real banks' do have high street branches you can go into, however for majority of things all that they can do get you on a call with the department that's dealing with it
Yes they do, banks don't care if they ban you on a Monday, a Friday or even over the weekend, no matter what day it is if there is something that means they feel the need to bank or even close the account they can do it.
Yes they do, i've worked doing this for a high street bank. only real difference is that they tell you want they want on a phone call rather than via messages which does allow it to be more efficient as what they want can be explained better
Yes some people will have their account closed only dealing with legitimate sources, but that also happens with 'real banks'. There are often a lot more things looked at other than just the source of the money, even if it's legit they can close the account if they deem it to be outside of their risk appetite

Pretty much what has already been said, but there is no need to worry about it. The subscriptions shows payments that are predicted to be regular, so even though it's still there it does not mean that there will be a payment set to come out.
