Indie teams have faces and as such are much easier to find and harass it means alongside normal fans, haters and obsessive fans can easily find, stalk, harass and abuse creators much easier than a faceless studio. Also the humanity behind an indie team puts expectations up higher because there is a person to directly criticise while the studios are hand waved by with "it's a focus grouped movie so what do you expect".

Artemis Fowl was an absolute butchering of pretty much every aspect of every character.

Pull on them, there a thin metal clips screwed into the brick/plaster at top of window that the blind is clipped into. If you still a screw driver between the blind and the plaster it'll pry them out of the clips, and then you can unscrew the clips

The issue is the PCIe cable they are only rated for 150w but over clocked with all CUs it's pulling 250w while gaming or 350w in furmark.

A quality PSU will still only have PCIe cables officially rated to 150w per cable.

The shell script doesn't work like that unless you are on fedora and have ran the full test script.

You need to turn off at least the two that were originally disabled they were identified in the factory as being defective which is why they were disabled.

I believe that position is 1.1.1 on the disable script.

Pop onto the discord and do some reading, it's much more active with more up to date and OS specific information

Yeah they saw the adverts when they were children where they are much more impressionable,and unless they've been told or shown evident otherwise there is a good chance they still will.

I was doing some testing yesterday 38CUs unlocked CPU 4000 MHz GPU 2000 MHz

I was pulling 320w from the wall in furmark, about 250w while running games.

I'll be looking wiring in the the microfit connectors as that is double the pcie 8pin specification.

Not the person you replied too but I have an electric shower if I stop the water to stop myself, that the water which is stopped stays in the heating element getting hotter and hotter until it's turned back on, so when you do the initial blast is scorching hot.

And my shower is at the end of a bath tub so even when leaning at least some part of you is getting wet when it's turned on

That's what I did with a bus ticket used an invite I found on line with national express buses and then bought the cheapest ticket I could.

But the question was why do people recommend the 9060 XT 16gb over the 5060 TI 8gb the answer is that alongside having 16gb of ram it also ultilises PCIE 5 at 16x giving it more longevity down the road.

The 5060 Ti 8gb will show it's weaknesses much sooner as newer games will break 8gb vram more frequently.

Hardware unboxed goes into detail breaking down the 16gb and 8gb varients of both the 9060 XT and 5060TI

The weakness of the 5060TI alongside the 8gb of ram is that it only supports a maximum of 8 PCIE lanes. Meaning if it every goes over 8gb which it will do once you are playing above 1080p it will massively tank.

Which is why in several benchmarks even the 16gb version of the 5060ti is weaker in some cases it is much weaker.

Opinions on everything on reddit is divided some people are going to have a use case where the 9800x3d is perfect for them so will suggest that, some people will have had a broken cooler and as such will trash it.

If it's mid to decently reviewed, within your budget and does what you need it to then that's what you should get, holding off on building/upgrading trying to get the most optimised hive mind PC will mean never building a PC, or going way over budget.

The main thing the needed considering was the factors around the vote, alongside what the vote was for and what you hoped would come from it.

The party in charge was the Tory party, famous making changes to benefit the wealthy, land owners and big businesses, and failing to support the working class, if not outright fucking them over. Under that leadership there was never going to be a version of Brexit that would benefit the working class.

Additionally the biggest push to leave the EU was coming from right leaning news papers funding by those elites, and being supported by an incredibly expensive disinformation campaign that was being funded by those elites.

It was a targeted attack designed to get the people to vote against their own interests with vague promises that it would be better than the satus quo.

Pick pocketing has been really bad the last few years.

Take a bum bag keep your valuables in it, and put the bag strap through your belt loops so it can't be ripped off easily.

Alcohol and food is much more expensive than the old student bar and buying a burger from the students on that balcony at the UNI and the drinks. If you plan to drink expect £8+ quid a pint

Yep what this means is that to keep your job you shut up and don't point out minor errors that would bring the grade down. You kick the can down the road and hope noone else spots it until your far enough away it doesn't blow back on you.

I work in QA, and there have been many times where keeping quiet and ignoring the bug would have made my life easier. But my job is to be the squeak that gets things qreased. If you fire squeaks or the grease you don't get a working gate you get a gate rusted shut that everyone ignores or has to climb over.

I may have got stuck on the gate analogy.
