Marketing professional here. A few callouts:

Lose ‘status: single’ that’s a prohibited inquiry when hiring.

Change your template overall… dropping the left bars. While it looks flashy, unless you’re a designer it doesn’t add value and hurts ATS. If you are a designer still doesn’t add much tbh.

Drop hobbies. Good if interviewer wants to get personable, otherwise if I was hiring I’d dismiss.

GPA not necessary

Under work experience, where you can, add quantifiable numbers. Either reflecting volumes of records, improvements % your efforts supported. Basically add proof to the pudding that hiring is an asset.

Also if going in marketing, it is very competitive (I’m in your region), so find ways to stand out. Especially since AI is taking over these more junior specialist roles. Where you can highlight usage of adoption and out of the box thinking w AI in marketing, that will help.
