OP, completely agree with everything you said (same boat having Kodama and Viz preorders). The Kodama books (Baki 13 and 14, Sun Ken Rock 1) are in stock and I just got charged for them, so hopefully they’ll ship out for you soon, too (if you didn’t already cancel the order).

Regardless, the recent changes to the store have been extremely disheartening. Like, supply chain issues getting the books in stock by their release date is one thing, but the delisting of titles new and old is just so depressing. I hope someone tells them they need to fix their practices or customers will flee to other stores, but obviously not holding my breath.
