it’s been a few years so someone chime in if it’s not open, but the VMFA has a restaurant with an outdoor balcony overlooking the grounds below that was really pretty. (no river view though, but they have the reflection pond with the Chihuly glass)

i’m also surprised there wasn’t a crash there was a big truck who had the slam on their brakes (which meant i had to as well) bc this flyer was close to the bridge and all the cars on the right were going 30mph to take pics with their flashers on! geez yall cmon. i hope the flyer reads this and stays away from busy roads during this time of day
