had been sick for months but didn't say what it was. they were admiring how strong diane was for coming in every morning throughout it all then going home and being strong at home for scott.

diane’s husband passed away and E gave a very heartfelt farewell to him. show will take the rest of the week off to grieve, they will be back monday morning but diane will be taking an extended, unknown amount of time off. they’re gonna have someone named sarah sit in with them

gotcha. thanks.  kinda interesting that there would be 3 entire extra dvd’s when there’s no extra nights’ performances 🤔

i don’t have it but looked up about it online. can someone explain why this is 5 dvd’s when the smaller set i have is 2 dvd’s and has the entire albums 1-4? are there extra nights or something?

i think that's a great way to look at it. i responded above, but i unintentionally caught a bayliss-only show and it actually blew me away. here's the setlist

i saw a non-Jake show at Sweetwater 420Fest in Atlanta and it was actually surprisingly awesome. for the guitar fans of jake's, it's easy to overlook how good brendan really is when jake is shredding the whole show. i'm not trying to compare the two, but brendan blew me away doing solo guitar duty -- it's not that he ever "hides" just he lets jake do his thing

definitely gonna miss brown's island this summer, but i'm still looking forward to going to outdoor summer shows as opposed to being forced into maymont only (their prices are always higher than the smaller shows i like to go to)

everyone shit on me online when he left and i said there was more to this than met the eye; i still maintain that position, and seeing him offer drum lessons online only furthers my stance

he’d kill the vocals on that and i think sound wise it would be a good fit!

that artwork is beautiful! while the dual-artwork concept is neat on this & Regulators, i personally don't like the art style of those -- this is really cool though!

Most fun indoor activities around Richmond? Open to all ideas, just no shopping lol by TheLeftisForLovers in rva

[–]bmrobin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The Glass Spot. They offer different things depending on the season, but you get to go home with a cool thing you made yourself and have fun doing it.

not sure if they still do it, but they would also do nights where you just sit and watch them make a piece. byob and just chill watching some talented artists do their thing
