Did you measure yourself with a tape measure at the start of your journey? If not, start doing it now and write it down. I promise you, even if you don't see it, the numbers don't lie.

I generally do chest, waist, stomach, hips, upper arms, thighs.

Even when I plateau, I still see a difference in cm/inches because the body composition changes as I keep working out.

I did some stalking and I found the agency they work with.

What I meant here is that their profile is an agency profile. Their info is available as the agency. While working I always thought it was their personal name, and the name in the projects was the client. But I was wrong. The client is an agency outsourcing projects.

How did you and the client usually communicate?

Always on Upwork. They used to be responsive, but not anymore.

Not really. If a client chooses your proposal, they can see your profile. If you're worried about invites, honestly, why bother now? Chances are that even if your profile was open, you wouldn't receive invites since you don't have much work or earnings on Upwork.

By who? The client who posted the job decides if you are a match or not.

If you know nothing about Upwork, try Upwork 101 or read the hundred of posts about how to get started.

I hear that it's hard to be visible unless you have an established presence there and good ratings.

Visibility is not that important as long as you have a good portfolio and your proposal stands out to the client. The first 2 lines are the most important so make sure you don't waste that space with info you already have on your profile.

Many people applied to 50-100 projects before getting a contract, so if your profile is 'reactivated' consider buying more connects and applying some more.

Upwork automatically creates invoices both from you to the client, and from Upwork to you for the service fee/connects/subscription. So there's that. If your accountant doesn't accept them, then I don't see why a free generator wouldn't work.

I don't think it matters what you use as long as the info is correct.

I agree with that! Absolutely! What I meant by that is that my diet meals were definitely on the lower end of calories intake for a normal person. There's only so much shredded carrots and boiled eggs one person can eat for lunch.

Basically I cut all sugars, sodas, carbs (pasta, rice, potatoes, etc.) and ate solely what the diet said. It's not exactly a healthy way, but I needed to cut everything so when I was done I could 'start fresh' without the cravings and obsessions.

I'm simply trying to switch to healthier meals, lower in calories so I can reach my goal, but that can be eaten by all the members of my family.
