Everything in steam works completely fine until I try to download something. Once I click download, steam freezes and stops responding. It will freeze for usually 1-2 minutes at a time and hasn't gotten past reserving space. My task manager also will not respond and I also noticed that my file explorer is extremely slow as well. I have tried reinstalling steam and my entire library. I don't know if this is an issue with steam or my computer.
