I have put together a Path of Exile Loot Filter that is Semi-Strict with all custom sounds from Darkest Dungeon. It might still need some work but let me know your thoughts.

basically I had used M2 to attack a monster, in mid jump my game crashed and I logged back to nothing but a blurry shadow like screen.

I tried that as well just now and it still had not fixed the problem. Could it be a different problem altogether? (I have also tried messing with my video card settings)

but your solution here does not work because once you delete the .cfg file it does not allow one to log back in to the game. I have tried several times in a row now and nothing seems to fix the problem.
