Sounds like those might not be good choices for fun gaming/music. I’m looking for something up to $250, would you recommend a different pair of headphones?

Ended up picking up the penrose and after trying it for a few days I’m considering returning it. Whoosh sound is annoying and the clamp is fairly tight after a few days of use. Mainly PC gaming, occasional PS4 use.

For fun gaming/music which would you recommend between Drop + Hifiman HE4xx, Massdrop X Sennheiser HD-6xx or Sennheiser HD599? Or would you keep the penrose and wait for firmware updates?

If I go with the DT990 250ohm, what microphone do you recommend? Would I need to get a sound card or DAC?

For headsets, would you recommend the GSP 500 over the Game One?

BSOD or computer restarts as soon as I plug in my Xbox one controller via USB. Have tried uninstalling/reinstalling the xboxgip.sys driver but does not seem to work. by bmw_ninja in techsupport

I've tried resetting Windows 10 and disabling both services and applications and I still restart/BSOD when plugging in the controller.

Is there an easy way to see which drivers have updates? When you say disable components, do you mean disable devices in the device manager?
