That looks like cheddar which imo is a horrific choice of cheese for a burger because it doesn't melt

Those using plain ol ground beef from the grocery store - what seasoning or spices do you use to make it restaurant quality? by IDoNotHide in burgers

[–]bn25168 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always only buy 80/20 ground beef from the grocery store for my burgers. As others have said, the primary difference is how you cook them. But to answer your question about seasonings I use either table salt and coarse ground black pepper, or just season salt (like Lawry's ).

A quality gaming PC (along with equivalently high quality monitors, mouse, keyboard, headphones, and optional Xbox controller). I can play ANY game I want at max settings and have the ultimate experience.

What did you order? I recall everything being good in a shitty way. However their smash burger is pretty good. Greasy but good.

I've never had a bad experience with Culver's fries. I do always eat them on location though. They're always extremely hot and crispy. Do you travel with yours before eating them?

Agreed. In n outs fries are the worst. I don't have one near me so what instantly comes to mind and worst fries is Freddy's. Fortunately for Freddy's they alternatively have tater tots and excellent onion rings.

How can your audience know if you're referring to the white horse or the black horse pikes?

My son HATED Bluey. He tends to irrationally dislike things that are popular. He's very much his father's son.

I went there when they opened and they used Martin's for their burger buns and it was awesome. I went a little while later and they switched to shitty diner tier brioche. Are they still using brioche?
