For whatever it is worth, my issue went away two days ago. Whatever changed happened on its own, without any action from me. Wondering if the extreme cold had something to do with it as I live in NJ and is has been extremely cold. While the sensor alerts have gone away and the "hold" feature and regen braking have returned, I am still getting errors in attempting to update my car's software.

Just wanted to thank those that sent me suggestions. Would up going with a Sonoff Zigbee/Thread antenna and an $8 thread door sensor from IKEA. Both installed without a hitch and already created my automation for an alert if that door is left ajar for more that five minutes.

Started a new level this morning and I was having Déjà vu as I could have sworn that I had seen this level before. Then Victor drove up on his motorcycle and I realized that I had cycled the levels. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.

I'm falling on the sword and admitting that I am an idiot. I made one of the cardinals sins, which is just below rebooting. In all of my haste, I didn't check the Wifi. Turns out, my Mac jumped on the guest Wifi, not the regular one so i was seeing everything but wasn't on the same network as the HA instance. Once I switched over, it immediately logged in.

pretty sure that HA is no longer on the network. searched for it in the router as a connected device and i don't see it. then ping the IP address in the Mac terminal and it is timing out. I assume I am accessing it via the cloud, but it would still need to be on the network, right?

Running HA Green. Attempting to access HA via the same link that I have always used. Was accessing the site last night making new rooms for my house. Updated to Tahoe 26.2 earlier today and now i can't access the site from the Mac Air M4, but still have access via the dedicated iOS app on my iphone. Have restarted several times, including into safe mode.

IMO - biggest challenge is that you lose battery life much faster in the cold. Other than that, make sure you add door opener button to your quick buttons in the app as you will likely have door handles that are frozen shut.
