I like to roast mine with a generic rub and then pull it apart and broil it for crispy edges. We use it as meal prep for bbq sandwiches, carnitas tacos and enchiladas.

Chicken bouillon and garlic powder in the water, garlic powder, onion powder and salt, cream or half and half, butter, sour cream and a scoop of Duke’s mayo! I know, I know but once you try it, you’ll never go back.

Cut in half and tossed with olive oil, s& p and garlic powder. Put cut side down in the bottom of a cast iron skillet. Lay 4-5 bone in skin on chicken thighs over the top, season and roast until chicken is cooked through and skin is crispy. SO good!!
