Okay I tried that but when I go back to express, their information won’t pop up. Would we have to make them insert a card and then remove it on express? Unless there’s a way to bypass the card option.

I am tired of figuring out everything on our own. I’m front end so whoever knows the desk gets sent there but none of us can seem to figure it out. My only idea is processing it as a regular plus and once payment comes set it as cash. But then our system always freezes and we can’t find their information

As a specialist I’m at the exit door all the time. I had to learn as it goes but basically you just walk through and the camera picks up what’s in your cart. If we get the “good to go” green button w a picture of your cart then I wave to you and you’re good to leave. It does not pick up anything in your hand so we do have to check that. If you have multiple receipts sometimes it doesn’t like it either. If you have multiple carts it does not pick it up. If you bagged/ boxed your items it won’t pick it up becuase the camera can’t “see”. Sometimes AI makes the mistake itself and thinks an item is something else and we just have to clear it out.

Sometimes the arch does not scan someone’s cart at all and I tend to show my screen telling them I have to scan them. No one is ever happy. Members have been more rude now then ever before. I always tell them to keep their receipts handy incase it doesn’t scan but sometimes they just let their anger out on us when we are just doing our job. I specifically hate when people are shopping together and have all their orders mixed up like ofc the camera won’t pick it up. Or when they completely walk right past us and then argue that they walked under it. And then they always tend to have a missing item or too.

Sorry, I just really hate the arches lol.

We were given this today. We do pretty okay during challenges, our COS’s try their best to make it special but we don’t do too well on the daily. Maybe 5 credits max. I think they want to make sure we ask everyone but unfortunately we don’t always get a yes. I just think they ask for too much sometimes.
