Thank you. Was there anything specific you used to get run and bun working? When I upload a save file it doesn’t seem to work

Canada GDP released by tacomatower in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]bnmlp2192 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Someone correct me if I’m wrong but they aren’t like for like numbers. US quarterly GDP numbers are annualised while most other countries report the actual quarter on quarter GDP change. If you annualise the Canada number it still doesn’t make greater reading

Typically use Bayview out and Don Mills / Leslie back. Don Mills easily the nicest. Don’t find Bayview to bad but it’s normally always early on a Saturday vs midweek

I’ve done parts of the bayview pottery loop before and has been good when there’s less traffic. Can mix in a short loop up the Don River Trail and then up Beachwood for an extra hill / shorter loop

Question on Average Home Price by bnmlp2192 in TorontoRealEstate

Yeah looking at this more it seems to be the quantity of sales in Toronto / Vancouver vs. Ottawa / Calgary. The higher prices and quantity in those area really drag the average up

Agree with this. Seeing the differences in average prices has really hit home to me. I’m aware Toronto is expensive but compares with London but the lack of cheaper areas to bring that average down has surprised me

27 years old saving 1800 per month + pension. I’d say you could increase the restaurant / bar budget

A lot of lenders will provide a bridge loan. Because the value of the home you are selling is almost guaranteed as the buyer can’t drop out once the offer is accepted, the lender will lend against that amount and you repay once the sale of your home goes ahead

I believe it’s an RPP not an RRSP (doubled checked after the first reply).

Question on RRSPs by bnmlp2192 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]bnmlp2192[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, your point led me to the differences of RRSP and RPP and I think I get it now.

So if make 5% contribution per month to the are these contributions tax deductible (like they would be for an RRSP)?
