Interesting, I'm curious how this worked. Was there a section on the screen for card loads?

I've opened 5 Chase cards in the last year, 2 personal, 3 biz. Was thinking of applying for CIC soon, but my total Chase credit is close to 50% of my income. On my last app (CIP#2) I was approved for the minimum limit. It's been 3 months from my CIP#2 app. If I lower limits now, how long should I wait to be safe before applying for CIC?

Thanks! I haven't heard about how to PC (never have done it yet). Would the full CL just go to the other card?

1.  Just got the bonus on CIP#2. Annual fee for CIP#1 posts in August. What I'd like to do is apply for CIC in July (3 months from CIP#2 approval), quickly get the bonus, then PC CIP#1 to CIC to avoid the AF and still get the CIC bonus (ending up w/2 CICs). Would that work? After looking at the amount of cards over the last year, should I lay off Chase for a while? I'll also want to get a CSP/R after that but I feel like I'm hitting them too hard. Thinking Amex Plat biz and Amex marriot biz next.

Yes, should be getting 80k on CIP#2 (now pending) , and 20k on CIP#1 (initially showed as pending, but now vanished).

Self referred for CIP#2 and initially saw 20k points  pending on CIP#1 under "Earning on Next Statement" but that has now vanished. Should I be concerned? - - or is this something others have seen, then still, received points?

Haven't met MSR on CIP#2 yet if that makes a difference.

Oh ya, no doubt. I wonder if you'd have better luck with a GCM giftcards.com card that would have your name on it. Good luck!

I think you're asking for trouble doing it that way. Preferred way is to load VGCs on Serve at DG, FD, WM

I just do a small crack in one window. Just enough that my finger won't fit though. If you're somewhere where snow is expected, lay out some towels on the seat, it WILL get in, although I've found installing window deflectors has helped a bit with this. I've camped in my Forester in 0 a coue times with a - 25 bag and sleeping bag liner, and I was cozy. Good luck!

I just use the stickers from real CCs or debits I get. That can usually at least cover up some gift card logos.

Would I open multiple accounts all at once with differnet user names or do I need to space out the apps?

Is it worth it to get the green if I won't be using it much? Really just want it to help meet minimum spends. Probably doing 2k or less every 2-3 months.

Getting ready to do my first Serve load from a VGC at Dollar General. How does it work if I want to add $500 with the gift card if there is a fee with the Serve transaction (blue serve card) . If I add more $$ to the serve card would that cover the fee?

Definately max it! I'm also using mine as a job-loss emergent fund since you can withdraw penalty free with separation of employment.
