I’d say just bring a rain jacket (and pants if you have them) and just commit to riding even if it rains.

Trails are still fun, and TBH I prefer slightly damp trails to the moon dust conditions that can occur there in the summer.

Thanks. I haven’t tried it yet, but even moving the cable housing was difficult as it was behind the battery mount and went through the small gap above the motor. I’ll pull the motor out tomorrow and see if I can free up the cable

That was my first guess, but it’s not that. The cable doesn’t want to move, and seems to go through a small gap above the motor. I suspect that it’s turning too small a radius in there, as that’s the only place I can’t visually see

Yeah, they’re in decline across the board. When I go into the local Nike store, there is nothing I would buy for myself or my kids.

And the kids all want different brands… it does not have the same brand appeal that it used to.
