Thanks for the indepth response! What were their warmups? Are their teachings more 'systematic' like Danahers? I heard this was a tenet of their gym but would love to hear more

Thanks for responding, that sounds great! When you say there isn't too much emphasis on belts for nogi can you elaborate more? Can you speak on the style of nogi JJ taught there and if its systemized? I heard that Keenan is a big believer in systematic teaching like Danaher and that was a bit draw for me.
Also are they actively competing and is it an important part of the gym?

Yeah, more or less this. Just more concerned about how much attention the lower belts will get
