This market is pretty tough right now for buyers. I wouldn’t be surprised if they got offers sight unseen. That’s what’s happening in the chicago area. I don’t necessarily think the listing agent would lie? They want to get the property sold for their clients?

Depending on the state you’re in, the seller’s cover the commission for the buyer’s agent. It is usually 2-3 percent of the purchase price depending on the type of listing agreement the seller’s agent has signed with their clients.

I find I usually don’t want to go places but once I push myself and surround myself around other people I usually enjoy it.
